This natural wonder is a beautiful sight to behold, and it's worth a visit if you're in the area. The Garden of the Gods is made up of towering red rocks that have been carved by wind and rain over millions of years. As soon as you enter the Garden of the Gods, you are taken aback by the enormity and uniqueness of the red rocks. The garden is full of towering sandstone formations that have been naturally eroded over time to create fins, bridges, and even heart-shaped rock. There is no evidence that Native Americans or early settlers ever considered this place sacred despite its name. Nevertheless, the area is now part of a public park that welcomes visitors from all over the world. See here for information about The One Place in Colorado Springs You Have to Visit: Magic Town.
